PISTON MANUFACTURING
Abilities can manufacture pistons in the range of 30mm to 130 mm. These are used for many applications including cars, 2&3 wheelers, air compressors, braking systems, agricultural equipment & gardening equipment like brush cutters and chainsaws.
We use many types of Aluminum Silicon alloys for the manufacturing of pistons in gravity die casting and are the only company in India to manufacture pistons with pressure die casting using our patented technology.
PISTON RING MANUFACTURING
Abilities manufactures pistons rings in the range of 30mm to 105mm in various materials including steel (many types), cast iron, ductile iron, SG iron and many of its variants. Its applications include cars, 2&3 wheelers, air compressors, braking systems, agricultural equipment & gardening equipment like brushcutters and chainsaws.
We offer nitriding, PVD & DLC coating for steel rings phosphating & anti-corrosion oils for cast iron rings.
CASTING PARTS MANUFACTURING
We produce gravity die-casting pistons and other gravity castings up to a weight of 15 Kg. Similarly, we produce pressure die-casting parts including pistons in all ADC alloys including ADC-14, ADC-12, LM-13, ADC-7, ADC-9 etc. and special alloys.
We have two 250-ton, one 420-ton & two 700-ton machines with auto pouring, auto spray, auto extraction and vacuum molds. AIP is a complete solutions provider for casting, machining coating & air leak-tested parts.
PLATING PLANT
Fully automated with SCADA control Electroless Nickel facility for Pistons & cylinder. AIP also offers Tin coating, molly coating, phosphating, anodizing & surtec coating for its components.
