The process of electro-less Ni-coatings & composite coating ensures uniform & smooth coating layer from 5 microns to 150 microns. The coating is done on finished machined parts & hence no further super finishing process is required. The coating is having special cauliflower micro structure which enhances the oil retaining property hence reduces the oil consumption and improves wear resistance.
